Non-Return Valves – Direct From Factory
Been supplying hydraulic NRV valves since 2008. Our facility in Ningbo handles most the production, some components machined in Wenzhou depending on order size.
NRV valves available in multiple pressure ratings. Standard stock items ship within 48hrs to Shanghai port, custom orders need 15-20 days depends on your specs.
Pilot Operated Type
Direct acting models also available but most customers go with pilot operated for better flow characteristics. The pilot operated ones got less pressure drop at high flow rates.
Cartridge Style NRV Standard cavity per ISO 7368. We manufacture both the valve and the cavity block if needed. Cartridge valves save space when you’re doing manifold assemblies. Price is better too when ordering quantities over 500 pcs.
Cracking pressure can be adjusted at factory. Tell us your working pressure and we’ll set it. Most applications we see are in the 10-30 bar range for cracking.
Flow capacity depends on port size obviously:
Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C with NBR seals. Need higher? Specify Viton seals, they’ll go to 200°C no problem. We’ve shipped valves to refineries in Middle East, those see 150°C+ regular operation.
Materials Used: Body casting done in our foundry. Carbon steel is standard. Stainless gets outsourced to specialized facility, adds about 12-15 days to lead time and obviously costs more. Internal components – poppet, spring, pilot piston – these are all hardened alloy steel. Surface hardness HRC 58-62.
Price is competitive. We’re not cheapest but quality is there. Had one customer running our NRV valves in injection molding machines, over 4 million cycles, zero failures reported. That was 2015 order, they still buying from us.
Testing done in-house. Every valve gets pressure tested to 1.5x rated pressure. Batch testing for leakage at cracking pressure. We got ISO 9001 cert, can provide mill certs if your project requires it.

One customer in Germany uses our NRV valves in automated warehouse systems. Another one in Brazil, big mining operation, their haul trucks got our valves in the dump body circuits.
Standard products are standard because they work for 80% of applications. But sometimes you need something specific:
Thread types – we normally do BSPP, but can do NPT, metric, JIC, whatever you need. Just specify on PO.
Port configurations can be changed. Need angle ports? Side ports? We can machine the body different. MOQ applies for custom body configurations, usually 100 pcs minimum.
Pilot ratio adjustments possible. Standard pilot ratio is 5:1 but we’ve done 3:1 and 8:1 for specific applications. This affects your cracking pressure characteristics so talk to technical team before ordering.
Special Materials Aluminum bodies for weight sensitive applications. Bronze wetted parts for water hydraulics. Exotic alloys if you’re in chemical processing – we’ve done Hastelloy before but minimum order is 50pcs and lead time extends to 8 weeks.

Payment terms: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Regular customers can get NET 30 after we establish relationship.
Shipping: By sea to your nearest port. Air freight available for urgent orders, you pay the difference. We handle export documentation, you handle import clearance your end.
Incoming material inspection on all raw materials. Casting X-ray inspection on critical pressure boundary components. Dimensional inspection per print on all machined parts.
Assembly done by trained workers, not temporary staff. Each assembler handles one valve type for consistency. Final test includes:
Reject rate runs about 0.8% on average. Rejects get reworked or scrapped, never shipped.

We’ve helped customers troubleshoot systems over video, sometimes the issue isn’t even the valve, it’s something else in the circuit. We’ll help figure it out either way.
Standard models we keep stock in Ningbo warehouse:
Custom specs need production time. We run batches based on order size. If you need 500 pcs custom, we’ll dedicate a production run, gets done faster than small quantity orders that get batched with other customers.
Rush Orders Can expedite for additional fee. Rush fee is 20% of order value, cuts lead time roughly in half. Only works if materials are in stock though.
CE marked for European market. RoHS compliant. REACH compliant. Can provide test reports and material certs.
Some customers need NACE certification for sour gas service – we can do this but requires special material specs and additional testing. Adds cost and time.
Explosion proof ratings available on certain models for hazardous location use. ATEX certification done through external lab, customer pays lab fees plus our coordination time.
12 months from delivery date. Covers manufacturing defects. Doesn’t cover damage from improper installation, contamination, or operating beyond rated specs.
If valve fails under warranty, send it back, we’ll inspect and either repair or replace. Customer pays shipping to us, we pay shipping back if it’s determined to be manufacturing defect.
Had maybe 15 warranty claims last year out of about 23,000 valves shipped. Most weren’t even defects, turned out to be system contamination or installation issues.
