Hydraulic valves are essential components that regulate fluid flow, pressure, and direction within hydraulic systems. At POZOOM, we specialize in high-quality monoblock directional control valves designed for agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forklifts, and industrial hydraulic applications.
Our product range includes the P40 Series (40 L/min flow rate) and P80 Series (80 L/min flow rate) monoblock valves, available in 1 to 7 spool configurations. Each valve features built-in check valves, adjustable relief valves, and multiple control options including manual, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuation.
| Flow Rate | 40 L/min (10.6 GPM) |
| Max Pressure | Up to 250 Bar (3625 PSI) |
| Spool Options | 1-7 Spools |
| Price Range | $25 - $92 |
Ideal for compact tractors, forklifts, and light-duty mobile equipment.
| Flow Rate | 80 L/min (21.1 GPM) |
| Max Pressure | Up to 315 Bar (4570 PSI) |
| Spool Options | 1-6 Spools |
| Price Range | $35 - $103.50 |
Designed for loaders, excavators, agricultural implements, and heavy-duty applications.
Master the fundamentals of hydraulic valve technology to select the right components for your system.
Hydraulic valves operate based on Pascal's Law, which states that pressure applied to a confined fluid is transmitted equally in all directions. This principle enables hydraulic systems to multiply force and control heavy machinery with precision.
Our monoblock valves use spool-type construction where internal sliding spools direct fluid flow between ports, enabling precise control of cylinder extension, retraction, and neutral positions.
POZOOM monoblock valves integrate all three functions, combining directional control with built-in relief and check valves.
Our valves offer multiple spool configurations for different applications:

The main difference is flow capacity. P40 series handles up to 40 L/min (10.6 GPM), ideal for compact equipment like small tractors and forklifts. P80 series handles up to 80 L/min (21.1 GPM), designed for larger machinery like loaders and excavators requiring higher flow rates for faster cylinder speeds.
Our monoblock valves offer four spool function types: Type O (closed center - all ports blocked), Type Y (open center - P to T flow in neutral), Type P (tandem center), and Type A (float center - all ports connected). Each configuration suits different application requirements.
Yes! Our P40 and P80 series valves support multiple actuation methods: manual lever control, pneumatic control, electric solenoid control, and hydraulic pilot control. Contact us to specify your preferred control configuration when ordering.
The integrated relief valve protects your hydraulic system from overpressure damage. It allows you to adjust the maximum working pressure, automatically diverting excess flow back to the tank when the set pressure is exceeded. This eliminates the need for a separate relief valve in the circuit.
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We accept small orders to support repair, replacement, and prototype needs. For bulk orders, please contact us for volume pricing.
Yes, hydraulic lock (pilot-operated check valve) can be added to the A and B ports. This feature is essential for applications requiring secure load holding, such as vertical lift cylinders, boom arms, and bucket positioning where drift must be prevented.
